Unlimited uncontrolled immigration net zero stupidity leading to unaffordable energy, ridiculous cost of housing because of immigration the country being run by idiots, it's not surprising people have had enough, election is what people want.
Especially as it took Middle East Monitor to tell me that we are now allowing the use of UK air bases to illegally bomb IRAN! Come ON British media ffs..
Don't you think the British people have the right to know this?
As the increasing and irreversible, chaotic impacts of climate and biodiversity breakdown develops, we'll look back on the relative stability and order of today with fondness and longing.
Where are all the benefits of diversity, seems to me that diversity is a totally negative thing, in any case what our government describe as diversity is actually division, a country of strangers with no trust left.
I don't think we are eating more pasta and pizza because we are becoming more cosmopolitan...its more down to the horrific cost of living. Roast dinners and fish and chips are out of reach for the regular man and woman on the street these days....
No border control means immigration officers don't work, two tiers policing, poor governance over decade means inefficiency but they are all waged by taxpayers. Then why taxpayers work for paying heavy taxation to keep the government who doesn't work ? Heavy taxation makes people sick to survive, corruption, bribery & crime are temptations because people need tax free cash to pay for everything especially the so damn heavy taxation.
In the 80s a big buzz word was survivor. People would say "I'm a survivor." A subtle difference, but survivor is more empowering than victim.

It feels like we're stuck in a cycle of managing decline rather than actually fixing things. Instead of just polling the mood, I wish we saw more focus on scalable local initiatives that actually work. Maybe if we shifted the focus toward community-led regeneration projects, we could start seeing some tangible movement in the right direction?

It really is a bit surreal, isn't it, Theo? Reminds me of my neighbor giving gardening advice after accidentally salting his own lawn.
