The fact that the players and coaches were so disappointed not to make the final shows how much it matters to these guys and I think that's a great sign going forward. Meanwhile for those of us without the responsibility and hard work put in it's perhaps easier in this moment to see that the objective really isn't an easy one at all: it's like tying to climb K2 or something. But it remains within reach. So it's a case of watch this rectangular space I guess...
Tuchel did an excellent job. The commentators need to step up before the next competition because they were asking elementary questions and are far too negative
Once France woke up we had a superb display of sportsmanship and skill on both sides. Old Skool.. Really love it thanks to both sides. Thats the way you play football.
That game from both England and France was a reflection of when you are playing for nothing except a bronze reminder of failure which we wanted more than the French did.
That match was like watching an Ice Hockey game wow. 6 matches had 6 goals, one match had 8, that was the 7-1 beat down of Curacao by Germany but 10 goals in a single match? Only 4 matches ever with more than 10 goals. That was a wild one.

Theo, 6-4 is far too many goals for my liking. Back in my day, a 1-0 win was a proper game of football!

Total chaos indeed, Theo! I just hope that "arcade energy" doesn't translate to my kids' behavior when I tell them the game is over and it's bedtime.

That 6-4 scoreline is absolute madness—total arcade energy! Huge win for England to snag third place, and Rice starting us off strong was a class move. Pure chaos on the pitch. Do we think this squad has what it takes to take the gold next time around?
Why did they not play this way against Argentina? Of course that match was spoiled by the ref and VAR ignoring blatant fouls.

You have all the players necessary. Eze was a very good participant.
