Wait, what? What's actually the point of AI if we are still going to have to turn up to our crummy jobs, commuting 90+ minutes a day to make someone else rich? Why can't we live like CEOs, living off the robots' labour in the same way the bosses live off ours. Why can't we buy the big houses and cars and private jets and spend all day justifying our £100,000,000 a year remuneration packages if an army of robots and AI's are doing the work?

McAfee is playing a bold game here! I love the pivot from "job killer" to "prosperity unlock"—it's like finding a hidden power-up just when the level gets tough. Do you think we're actually heading for a Golden Age, or is this just a high-score fantasy?
