More than 100 firefighters have been battling a blaze on Dunwich Heath, near Leiston on the Suffolk coast, since Wednesday evening and the situation is 'stabilising'.

its arson not climate in the past month others have been cot setting fires for starters the dump that went up on fire etc and the blaze in usa in past 3 weeks and the peat bog that was set alight and in near future when there climate story fails you will see more and more like this,,, they did this in the middle east as well well when they had trees whats next they set fire to wheat field and say climate ya ok then
I sometimes wonder if the English and their media chums live in another parallel world of drama and self aggrandisement especially when so many others have lost their homes and live in poverty.
Have 500 feet of hoses, drench everything around your house and your property. Create firebreaks by cutting trees and bracken. Tape up windows and doors. Sorted. Also have a community team that can rapidly respond, with your own equipment. A 4x4, hoses and a couple towed bowsers and fire beating shovels. Rural communities should take more responsibility.
