What a nice episode! They are very polite, easy-going and practical. No drama. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฅฐ

The issue with the 3rd is - if he is taking a train from Reda as shown on the "map", that is 23min ride to the Gdynia's main station, and then there is still like around 30-40min walk to the stadium,. Instead of walking you can take a bus or transfer to another train to a station closer to cut that travel time in Gdynia itself in half, but it is still a bother. That could easily "cost' between 1h to 1h30min every day vs a 2x10min bike ride from the cheapest older studio 2. You will also have to take some ride to the beach from the 3rd, whereas from the 2nd you just take a towel and walk to it when you feel like it - that is the best point of living by the coast even if temperatures in Baltic can be questionable most of the year. The idea to get the 1st one + a new sofa seems to be a very good one, but I also don't find that "shower" acceptable, and well, it is over budget to begin with. All the prices seem decent though.

Ridiculously inexpensive good quality apartments ๐Ÿ‘Œ โค

Greetings from Gdynia! I hope you will guys have a good time here in my city! Enjoy!

Need to go with House #3
@
How long ago was this, as these prices are very low.
@
He just doesn't want to climb up stairs and do too much cleaning.. ๐Ÿ˜‚
@
Without watching the whole episode, gotta say #3 is my pick...such amazing amount of space, ok sure the view isn't the greatest
@
$600 !!!! WHAT๐Ÿ˜ฎ. How old is this?
@
He so cute, I have this ahh this 4 whatever it's called.
@
By using simple materials the balcony in #3 could provide lots more privacy. Apartments people do it all the time. However, the noise is another thing.
@
3 was the best option
@
Would have picked in a heartbeat. Location always wins no matter how horrible a house is. Yes the second one was the cheapest but giving up a modern clean spacious 4 bed for s studio is beyond me.
@
I would have definitely picked the 3rd one

Love this episode such positive nice young men! I love that they don't make Americans look so selfish and rude. Thank you so much for posting.

Number 3 has sooo much ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป

Wowwww, they really don't have anything to complain, so refreshing
@
What a pleasant change to see such a positive house hunter!!

How nice to watch an episode with minimal drama. I hope both of these young men are doing well.
