They probably thought they would going to get an all paid luxury villa at her work expenses for that price then reality settle in i don't know if to call them naive or just plain vultures.
So unrealistic. An early intervention teacher in Japan would earn a top salary of $2600. per month. Unless of course she has an inheritance it won't work. Athough it's still entertaining.
With a child and dogs, why would the realtor show them houses with yards that aren't fenced, especially when there are dangers like a pool and a steep drop-off? They're just tragedies waiting to happen.
