JPMorgan just reported a staggering $16.9 billion quarterly profit, but the biggest revelation wasn't the earnings—it was what Jamie Dimon admitted during the earnings call.
could use stronger currencies around world greater purchasing power for affordable prices that also increase trade by making exports more affordable lowering trade and budget deficits governments banks investors can use some of monetary stimulus from low Federal Reserve federal funds interest rates to purchase government bonds of other nations helps them with government spending and reduce debt as well as stronger currencies purchasing power
That was a great explanation of what's going on. Volatility is profitable if you're the one making the Market. Jamie is very open with his market interpretations, but is in no way going to tell the competition what he's going to do. JPM is at one time pumping AI, all the while profiting off the trade. Brilliant.
Manipulation of markets naked shorting and never being forced to close their short position or buy back the shares. Using dark pools to negate all and any upward momentum so their short positions never lose anyway.
Here you go again pooing pooing on the economy. Daddy Trump says everything is best ever! Go max out your credit cards. Live the American life you deserve. Don't let the Libs own you.
Trillions in drug money laundered through the USA banking cartel and the stock market . Once it falls it will be slow and the quick, blackrock is the first in the private equity market limiting withdrawals to 5% on the whole numbers
The debasement of currency and the corruption of the government has brought down every Empire. America is feeling the effects of the 1913 installation of the Federal Reserve. America's job is democracy but her business is war. When the military industrial complex, the entity President Eisenhower warned us about, Central Banks, Wall Street, and Corporations run the show, the hard-earning taxpayer foots the bill. The Petrodollar system is the reason we fight wars where oil is threatened. China is sitting back and watching as America slowly deteriorates. They're innovating at half the cost of American corporations. The one resource they need to import is oil. How soon before the next Sputnik moment when China no longer needs Texas Tea. They've been innovating with alternative energy sources. Never forget President Gore Oil No More. We'd be ahead in this arena but the powers that be wouldn't allow this to happen in 2000. The financialization of our monetary system is the reason Jamie Zircon reaps the benefits while the middle class are becoming debt slaves to a system that feeds on debt. This system will collapse when people no longer borrow.
A bit unrelated (sorry) but I just used AI to find out that 40% of homeowners do NOT have a mortage - up from 33% in 2010 - talk about a K economy! I would be interesting to do a feature on Truthbomb about this.
J P Morgan took a bailout in 2009. Otherwise, they would be out of business. I too was around in 2008. Mark my words. It's going to happen again. Be ready to bail them out again.
As a novice, I've taken losses while trying to trade on my own. I'm putting in the effort to learn, but my investments aren't growing yet. I'd really appreciate any advice or guidance.
I went to 70% cash back in February/March - the rest in pipelines and energy. I get 4% on T-bills that are not taxed here in California, so I was NOT part of their trading desk profit. I feel the oil squeeze coming up will put the economy into recession - then like Warren, I will re-deploy some of that cash when stocks are on sale.
I do have a question. For someone with less than $100,000 to invest, How would you recommend we enter the market! I'm looking to study some traders and copy their strategy rather than investing myself and losing money emotionally. What's your take on this approach?
