Deschamps aurait dû avoir la sagesse d'un certain Aimé Jacquet et partir après sa victoire de 2018 pour laisser la place à Zidane qui avait démissionné du Real Madrid après 3 victoires de ligue des champions d'affilié.
Zidane aurait mieux géré le cas Benzema en 2022 et cela aurait fait la différence en finale.

Zidane taking over feels like the natural next step after so long with Deschamps. It'll be interesting to see who he brings in for his staff and how that changes the energy in the dressing room. Hope he can bring some of that Real Madrid magic to the national team.
