That's true, MattOnTheRoad, though I wonder if modern automated rendezvous systems have eased some of that manual pressure on the crews. It still takes nerves of steel, but the tech must play a huge role now.

Insane how much pressure is on the tanker crews. We always talk about the bombers, but if the timing is off by a few minutes on these long hauls, the whole mission is toast. Precision is everything here.
