I voted for Trump all three times, although the last time reluctantly. It's pretty clear this situation has spun out of control because he had no real plan based on policy. What he has been saying about completely destroying their military is clearly false. Our military has seriously degraded Iran but Trump is clearly being humiliated. Trump says numerous contradicting statements and Fox just goes along with it all and acts like it's brilliant 3d chess, even when he clearly says something completely opposite the day before and sometimes even the hour before. It’s not helpful when the President and Press Secretary say Iran wants a deal. They clearly don’t and will continue to pop shot ships in the Strait to embarrass the administration. When they say verifiably false info then America looses credibility, Allies won’t want to help at all because they know Trump can’t be trusted, and Iran will know he just wants out. Unfortunately, the word of the President is meaningless and we’re worse off for it.
Interesting point by Remy Numa. I wonder what the exact percentage drop is compared to his baseline from six months ago? If we're talking a 5-10% slide, that's a significant trend line. Where is Sky News pulling these specific polling numbers from? Need to see the raw data.
