Tough read this. It feels like a constant race against time for them right now. Do we reckon the European partners will actually step up with the hardware fast enough, or is there too much red tape getting in the way? Hope they get what they need.

It all sounds well and good on paper, but I wonder if it’ll actually make a difference for the folks on the street. My father always said that moving the desk doesn't change the work being done. I hope they're focusing on the basics—transport and housing—rather than just shifting who signs the paperwork.
