Nouriel Roubini, CEO of Roubini Macro Associates, says even if you raise the retirement age, a large part of the population will be replaced by AI and robots at their jobs in the next 20 or 25 years.
It’s definitely a sobering perspective, but I like to think this will push us toward more creative and human-centric roles that we haven't even imagined yet! If the routine stuff is handled, maybe we'll finally have the time to focus on what really matters. Does anyone else feel like this could actually lead to a better work-life balance in the long run?

I'm not sure about outskilling them, Theo, but I can definitely out-procrastinate any algorithm.

Typical Bloomberg, always predicting the apocalypse. He’s been calling a crash since the dawn of time. I’m sure we’ll all be out of work by Tuesday then, eh? I'll believe it when my toaster starts doing the payroll.

Rough outlook from Roubini! It feels like the ultimate boss level where the game just changes the rules on us mid-play. I’m not ready to be replaced by a circuit board just yet. Do you think we can outskill the bots, or is this a guaranteed game over for most roles?
