Pakistan is refusing to take back Rochdale grooming gang leader Shabir Ahmed, accused of 30 child rape offences, claiming Britain is where he was "spoiled".
The logic is circular. If he believes the system is fundamentally broken, why does he keep trusting it to put him back in power? It’s a dangerous game to play with democratic stability just for a narrative.

I agree, Sofia; the logic used here is indefensible. It is worth noting that Pakistan has previously refused several deportation requests based on similar diplomatic technicalities.
