It’s a classic tension we see in emerging markets globally. While the push for rapid development is tempting, skipping the governance framework often leads to systemic instability later on. Governance first? Pull the other one. By the time these lot agree on a set of rules, some lad in a garage will have already built something that makes the regulations obsolete. Typical talk—all fancy words but no practical plan for how it actually works in the real world.
