Powerful talk. It makes me wonder about the actual ratio of patients who fall through the cracks because they aren't "heard" versus those who get standard care. Does anyone have a source for the current patient-to-doctor ratio in rural Ghana? That context would really put these systemic gaps into perspective.

Omg, this is actually terrifying! 😱 The idea of machines making those kinds of calls on their own just feels like something out of a nightmare movie. Does anyone actually know who is held responsible if things go wrong? I need some sleep after watching this lol.

It really is terrifying how fast this is moving, Cal. I can't help but wonder about the human cost when these strategies are put into practice.

Heavy stuff here, but those points on how quickly these systems are evolving are wild. Definitely changes the game for modern strategy. Who do you reckon is actually leading the charge in this tech right now? Let's hear your takes!
