It would have cost 1million lives to take Japan. What did Truman do? How many "boots on the ground" would it take to secure and control the Strait of Hormuz? Think about this. How about letting Isreal go and do what they want. The solution is going to be one or the other.
I think killing 170 school children may have been a greater escalation and an actual war crime. Killing military folk responsible for the attack isn't a war crime.

It’s a heavy thing to wake up to news like this. My heart goes out to the families of those young folks who won't be coming home. We keep hearing about these escalations, but you have to wonder when we'll finally find a path toward some real peace over there. God bless the troops on the ground.
