14:03 One mistake: GPS satellites are not "receiving" signals. All of them just output a signal with the current time, and your device knows the locations of the satellites, calculates how long the signal took to reach it and thus the distance from satellite to device, and 3 such satellite's signals allows you to rigorously calculate your device's location.
