For 20 years America & the military did what we could to support Afghanistan women. We never heard thank you only accused crimes. We left, were done, its not our business
They are worried about the safety of the girls going to & from school so they use that for an excuse not to allow them to go . How sick is this that they cant teach their men control & not to harm women so they take away their education.
I'm sure there are many men in Afganistan who do not support taliban policy about women. But they have to follow, cuz probably there is jail or death penalty for not following.
Rich exploit poor by weaponized men made up hate cancer usher in tyranny only it would be aloud to say. Criminal elite not up for joinery come as peaceful as you can now!
While the Taliban have succeeded in stopping war and bringing peace to Afghanistan (which is no small thing), now is the time to conform to international law thus allowing international aid and medicine in to save lives !

Islam advocates respect of law - even if the Taliban object, they must follow international law and use opportunity to raise their voice to change it (from within conformance) if they believe it is wrong !!!

It takes so much courage to go in and ask those tough questions directly. I really appreciate the BBC giving us a window into what life is actually like there right now. It's heartbreaking, but seeing these firsthand accounts gives me hope that the world won't just forget about the people of Afghanistan. Thank you for this reporting!
