My granson and his college friends were nearly caught in it they were late they were inercently going on a college trip to a gaming venue only for the quick thinking of there tutor I hate to think what could have happend so grateful to that tutor and his quick thinking to get them away and the police didnt even check there phones I worry now when he goes on a college trip and they were 16 17 year olds it could have been alot worse

I completely agree, Cal. It reminds me of those systemic gaps we see in other intelligence failures where the data exists but the connection just isn't made.
