This would produce, especially in winter, a decrease in rainfall and greater solar reflectance, resulting in lower temperatures during the winter months.

I believe that choosing the correct direction is extremely important. Social and economic systems, like climate systems, are highly complex and contain many interconnected factors and feedback mechanisms. When an error is not identified and corrected in time, it often does not disappear on its own. Instead, it may generate further problems, create a chain reaction, and eventually lead to consequences that are difficult or even impossible to reverse. This is especially true at major historical and developmental turning points, when the effects of a single judgment or decision may be amplified over a long period.
